Managing various people processes for team members, from onboarding to retirement.
Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Promoting a positive experience for all team members throughout their employment journey.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing administrative role.
A high school diploma or GED.
Relevant certifications or training in areas such as Office Administration, Human Resources, SHRM, Employee Relations, or familiarity with systems like Ceridian Dayforce, ADA, FMLA, and time and attendance systems.
Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have:

Previous administrative experience within a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency with Ceridian Dayforce or similar HRIS systems.
Experience managing employee leave processes.
Strong skills in interpreting and responding to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
