Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Immigration Consultation Attorney to conduct consultations and assist with client onboarding. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough and informative consultations with potential clients regarding various immigration matters, including family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases (VAWA, T-Visa, U-Visa, Asylum).
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance during consultations.
- Assist with select casework as needed.
- Contribute to business development and client retention efforts.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice law in any state in the United States.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in immigration law, with a focus on family-based, employment-based, and humanitarian cases.
- Proven experience in conducting client consultations.
- Strong understanding of immigration procedures and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Experience with sales and business development.
- Ability to dissect complex legal issues and offer sound advice to clients.
