Your Mission

As an Injection Mold Technician, you'll be the cornerstone of our equipment maintenance. Ensuring top standards in mold setups and repairs, your meticulous work will be pivotal in delivering the exceptional quality Tigre is celebrated for.

Role Responsibilities

• Keep molds in pristine condition through routine maintenance and inspections.
• Diagnose mold issues rapidly, implementing effective repair solutions.
• Engage collaboratively in team efforts, particularly with setup and process technicians.
• Ensure the complete functionality of molds through regular preventative checks.
• Skillfully manage spare part inventories and understand manual and technical documentation.
• Operate a variety of shop equipment with adept skill to manufacture necessary parts.
• Ensure safety measures are strictly followed in all operations.

Qualifications

• Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; further technical training desired.
• At least five years of direct experience with injection molds.
• Certification as a journeyman tool and die creator.
• Command of the English language; Spanish proficiency an advantage.
• Expert analytical skills and high mechanical acumen.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work autonomously or with minimal guidance.

Work Environment

• Active work requiring standing, walking, lifting, and precise hand coordination.
• Superior math skills are necessary, along with the ability to engage in both solitary and team activities.
