Job Description

Salary: $75,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements:

• I require proven experience in integrating AV and lighting systems, ideally within themed attractions, live events, or interactive exhibits.
• You should possess a strong knowledge of control protocols such as DMX, sACN, ArtNet, and PTP, in addition to networking standards.
• Experience in programming and commissioning systems from manufacturers like Crestron, ETC, Pharos, and Q-SYS is essential.
• Familiarity with AV over IP systems, projection mapping, and multi-projector setups is necessary.
• I expect proficiency in low-voltage wiring, network design, and system troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities are a must, alongside the capability to collaborate in high-pressure settings.
• Certifications in AV or networking, such as CTS, CCNA, or Q-SYS, are advantageous.
• A Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
• You should have the flexibility to travel both domestically and internationally as needed.
• Availability to work non-standard hours to meet project deadlines is necessary.

Responsibilities:

• I will rely on you to develop and uphold a comprehensive master project schedule covering all stages of the initiative.
• Coordinating with department leads to collect input and revise timelines according to changing scopes or constraints will be part of your duties.
• Identifying and monitoring critical path items, interdependencies, and potential delays is expected.
• You will ensure that schedules align for AV, lighting, media, and controls teams.
• Supporting scenario planning, what-if analysis, and reforecasting as project requirements evolve will be critical.
• I need you to create clear, visually appealing schedule reports for both internal and client-facing use.
• Monitoring project progress and early detection of deviations or bottlenecks is vital.
• Providing assistance in coordinating delivery timelines with procurement and installation teams will be required.
• You will also ensure that schedule updates are communicated consistently to all relevant stakeholders.
• Aligning schedules with financial milestones, invoice cycles, and change orders when applicable will be your responsibility.
• Collaboration with the Data Controls Manager to maintain synchronization of all timelines with document control processes will be expected.
