JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Licenses: Active South Carolina medical license

• Board: Board Eligible within 5 years

• DEA: Active DEA Certification required

• Certifications: TBD (e.g., BLS, ACLS preferred)

• Experience: Fellowship required; Interventional Radiology experience preferred

• Other Qualifications: Physicians Only

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide onsite Interventional Radiology services including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures

• Participate in after-hours call coverage as scheduled

• Collaborate with hospital staff and support personnel to ensure continuity of care

• Complete all hospital module requirements prior to assignment start

• Maintain compliance with all credentialing and privileging requirements
