Kinney Recruiting is working with the Atlanta office of an Am law firm to find a skilled attorney to join their expanding Investment Funds team. This role requires 3-6 years of experience in investment management and fund formation. The ideal candidate will work with a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team known for representing private equity funds, hedge funds, private credit funds, real estate funds, hybrid funds, and other alternative investment vehicles, and there will be opportunities to engage with retail alternative funds, including BDCs, interval funds, and closed-end funds. The position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage in business development with direct client contact.
