IT Recruiter - Job Overview:

Our Team here at ICS is growing and we are looking to bring on an IT Recruiter to partner with our account managers and sales team to identify and place qualified candidates.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our growing team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top-tier talent for various IT roles within the organization. You will work closely with hiring managers and HR to ensure a seamless and effective recruitment process that helps build a skilled and dynamic IT workforce.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting top IT talent and a proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with account managers to identify and understand hiring needs.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and qualify potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with candidates to assess their skills and experience.
  • Present qualified candidates to account managers and coordinate the interview process.
  • Negotiate and close offers with candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide a positive candidate experience by keeping them informed, answering queries, and offering feedback
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent availability to effectively fill positions with top-tier candidates.
Required Qualifications:
  • 1-2+ years of experience in IT recruiting/staffing or another field
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field preferred
  • Tools: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools.
  • Strong understanding of the IT landscape and the skills and experience required for various IT roles across all job levels
  • Ability to assess candidates’ technical skills and qualifications.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Compensation :

  • Base Salary: Competitive base salary based on experience, typically ranging from $40,000 to $50,000
  • Bonuses/Incentives: Performance-based bonuses or commissions for successful placements.
