What You'll Do:
As a Junior Commercial Real Estate Broker, you won't just be an observer—you'll be an active participant in our exciting operations. Your role will include:
Partnering with leasing agents to discover new clients
Attending property showings and sales meetings
Conducting in-depth research, demographic analysis, and utilizing platforms like LoopNet
Crafting and distributing impactful marketing materials
Supporting property managers and property accountants in daily operations
Contributing to special projects alongside the tenant representation and site selection teams

Details:
Job Type: Full-time, 1099 worker
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based
License: Driver's License (Required), Real Estate License (Preferred, or Working Towards)
Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
Work Authorization: United States (Required)
Duration: 90-day Contract-to-Hire
When: Post-graduation
Work Location: North Palm Beach, Miami, Tampa, or Orlando (MUST be located in these areas to be considered)
