Kitchen & Bath Designer who is ready to
take the reins in our K&B department.
Florcraft is a locally owned and operated full service home improvement store which has been operating in Alaska for 63 years. We are family owned and Family focused. We take great pride in our business our employees and our community. We are looking for someone who wants to go places and is looking for a company that cares for them as much as they care about what they do.
Duties What You Will Be Doing: - Collaborate with clients to bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life
- Design using 2020 software across multiple cabinet lines
- Consult on product selections and design solutions
- Quote, order, and track all project components
- Work hand-in-hand with installers, project managers, and our showroom team
- Provide guidance and training to showroom staff
- Help lead pricing, merchandising, and department strategy
Requirements We’re Looking For: - 3+ years in Kitchen & Bath design using 2020 software (multi-line experience preferred)
- A strong design portfolio showing off your 20/20 chops
- An eye for detail and a passion for customer experience
- Experience managing K&B projects through installation
- Experience specifying plumbing fixtures is a plus
- Interior Design degree or industry certification? Bonus points!
