Job Title: Laserfiche BA/Developer (HYBRID)

Location: Raleigh, NC

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Description:

• Work cohesively in a team environment with multiple solutions being developed at the same time.
• Facilitates meetings for the purpose of gathering business requirements or related activities regarding current and future projects and support multiple projects in a manner that promotes efficiency and transparency.
• Documents business requirements, which may include, but is not limited to, process and data flows, data integration documentation/diagrams, business rules and technical specifications develops test plans.
• Provide business analyst capacity and recommendations to senior staff and program managers regarding processes efficiency.
• Perform administration tasks in business native platforms
• Aid in providing context and telling stories with data
• Prepare report and dashboards that communicate trends, patterns predictions
• Develops and maintain business workflows and processes using Smartsheet and Laserfiche
• Develops and maintain project status reports
• Develops test plans, test scenario
• Develops user acceptance testing and provide oversight of various vendors' functions and responsibilities
• Liaison and coordinate with various IT Stakeholders triage, resolve and respond to employing unit technical and workflow questions/issues documents defects and developing remediation plans
• Promote Smartsheet and Laserfiche adoption for the client including other applications.
