Job Description

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering advice on gardening techniques and plant care
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization
• Stock shelves and maintain inventory levels of plants, flowers, and gardening supplies
• Operate the cash register and process customer transactions accurately
• Assist with e-commerce sales, including online order fulfillment and shipping
• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish as needed

• Previous experience in floral design or sales is preferred
• Knowledge of retail math and cash register operations
• Familiarity with E-commerce platforms is a plus
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
• Ability to lift heavy objects, such as bags of soil or potted plants
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

Salary: $15-17/HR
