Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

• Possess a strong intrinsic motivation and competitive drive in sales
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport, actively listen, and identify client needs
• Expertise in prospecting and lead generation
• Natural aptitude for overcoming objections
• Exceptional communication skills and dedication to service
• Collaborative team member
• Licensed real estate professional
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial real estate sales
• Proficient in both written and verbal communication
• Committed to continuous learning and personal growth
• Highly organized
• Open to learning and applying scripts and dialogues
• Excellent time management abilities
