We’re Hiring: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) | Washington State

Location: Tacoma, Washington

Job Types: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Competitive pay and incentives: $80,000 - $90,000 per year + benefits

We’re seeking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers to provide high-quality behavioral health care across a diverse client population.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct clinical assessments and therapy sessions

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a team of supportive mental health professionals

Requirements

• Active LICSW license in the state of Washington (required)
• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
• 1+ year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication and documentation skills
