Now Hiring: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) – Washington

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: Federal Way, Washington 

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and empathetic Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver high-quality therapeutic care to clients dealing with a variety of personal, relational, and emotional challenges. The ideal candidate will have experience working with couples and families and a passion for promoting mental wellness in a safe, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Document progress accurately and maintain client confidentiality
• Collaborate with colleagues and community partners to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay current with continuing education and professional standards.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field.
• Active LMFT license in the state of Washington (required).
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.
