Position Overview
We are seeking full-time pediatric clinical therapists who are passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to children ages 0-14. Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality, evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 0-14), parents, and families through a user-friendly virtual platform.
Deliver evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy for Anxiety, Parent Management Training (PMT), Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP), and more.
Complete all required clinical documentation via the platform, including intake notes, progress notes, and treatment plans for each patient.
Participate in weekly case reviews and manager meetings to collaborate with peers and continuously improve patient care.
What We're Looking For:
A Master's level therapist who is independently licensed in California (e.g., Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist [LMFT], Licensed Clinical Social Worker [LCSW], or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor [LPCC]).
At least 1+ years of direct clinical experience in providing psychotherapy to children and families, with a focus on evidence-based practices for treating common mental health disorders in children.
Comfortable using technology and open to integrating innovative tools into clinical practice.
Not opted out of Medicare.
Passionate about working with children and families to provide mental health care and eager to contribute to shaping the future of virtual therapy services.
Schedule:
Full-time, 40 hours per week.
Flexible hours, with 50% of clinical sessions held after 3pm PST (M-F) or on Saturdays to accommodate children's schedules.
Compensation:
$103,000 - $120,000 per year, based on preferred schedule and experience.
