WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A LINE - PREP COOK

We're looking for someone that can work from 6 AM - 2 PM or 7 AM - 3 PM, 4 or 5 days per week (including weekends) while meeting the following qualifications:

Food service experience
Deep understanding of food
Organizational skills
Time management skills
