Litigation Associate Attorney
We are seeking an attorney to join our clients team. This attorney will manage litigation cases including defense matters. If you seek a professional environment with a strong work-life balance and a commitment to client service, this opportunity is for you!
Responsibilities:
- Management of district court cases through all phases.
- Research and writing.
- Communicate with clients regarding the status of pending matters.
- Meeting with clients as necessary.
- Participate in firm business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Admission to the Colorado Bar.
- 7+ years district court trial experience and/or insurance defense background.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to exercise independent judgement.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to demonstrate poise while handling sensitive situations.
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels.
- Strong computer skills.
- Knowledge of Practice Master or other client management software (preferred).
- Knowledge of NetDocuments or other document management software (preferred).
