We are hiring a LPN / LVN (Nursing) for one of our clients in Utica, NY.

Job Description:

• LPN Long Term Care
• 75 MILE RADIUS RULE - Travel WILL TAKE LOCALS - Local Rate will apply (less than 75 miles)
• 37.5 guaranteed hours
• 1+ years' experience BLS NY license 40 bed unit
• Patient populations: MS, ortho, dementia, memory care
• EMR: PointClick Care

Work hours:

• Evenings Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM
• Every other weekend is required
• Must float to all units (same building)

Additional information:

• Type: Travel
• On Call: No
• Shift Type: 8hr Eve
• Weeks: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours
• OT Multiplier: 1.50
