Manpower Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing workforce allocation and staffing needs within the designated area. This role involves scheduling and dispatching field staff, monitoring workforce utilization, and ensuring that staffing levels meet project requirements. The Manpower Coordinator works closely with project managers, field teams, and HR to provide efficient manpower solutions and support operational success.
Key Responsibilities: - Schedule and dispatch field staff to various projects based on current needs and availability.
- Monitor and assess staffing levels to ensure that project requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of employee availability, including leave, overtime, and shift assignments.
- Coordinate and communicate job assignments to field staff, ensuring clarity and understanding of tasks.
- Work closely with project managers, field teams, and HR to address manpower needs and challenges.
- Optimize the use of available resources to ensure the smooth operation of projects and minimize downtime.
- Ensure that all workforce activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of staffing decisions, schedules, and manpower reports.
- Address and resolve any staffing conflicts or issues that arise, promoting a harmonious work environment.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in workforce management.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in workforce coordination, staffing, or a related field, demonstrating the ability to manage and allocate manpower effectively.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Procore, scheduling and workforce management software preferred.
Skills :
- Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks, schedules, and employee records, ensuring efficient workforce allocation and project coordination.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively liaise with project managers, field teams, and HR, as well as to clearly convey job assignments and expectations.
- Proficiency in identifying and resolving staffing issues and conflicts, ensuring smooth operation and minimal disruption to project timelines.
