We"re looking for a high-energy individual who thrives in fast-paced environments, values continuous improvement, and believes the best ideas often come straight from the shop floor. In this role, you"ll apply your engineering expertise to support the manufacturing and assembly of metal components, pressure systems, and electromechanical products. You"ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, address nonconformances, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production with hands-on process troubleshooting and problem resolution
• Develop and refine tooling, assembly procedures, and repair methods for complex components and systems
• Evaluate and disposition nonconformances; recommend corrective actions
• Identify and implement productivity and cost-reduction initiatives using knowledge of assembly, machining, welding, and fabrication
• Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient, quality-focused manufacturing workflows
• Validate manufacturability of new and existing products and support continuous improvement efforts

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in SolidWorks for modeling and drafting
• Experience using SAP in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including assembly, machining, welding, brazing, and marking
• Demonstrated experience in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration
• Familiarity with tooling design and implementation
• Due to the nature of the work US Citizenship is required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with electromechanical assemblies, pressure vessels, or similar complex systems
• Background in aerospace or military standards, procedures, and compliance
