Job Description
Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, conducting market research, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all materials. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with room for professional development and advancement.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional events
Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
Coordinate the production of marketing materials and content
Maintain marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative support role preferred
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
