David Weekley Homes is seeking a Marketing Assistant to support our Tampa Division. This role will be a key player in assisting the Director of Marketing with day-to-day responsibilities to ensure smooth execution of marketing efforts and exceptional Homebuyer experience.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team.
• Assist with planning and coordinating division events, including community events and team member gatherings.
• Monitor each community within the Tampa Division to ensure accurate signage, proper literature in model homes and mode home appearance.
• Help maintain the division’s online presence by checking for accuracy in listings, websites, and digital content.
• Support the execution of marketing initiatives, including distributing materials and coordinating with vendors when needed.
• Assist with tracking inventory of marketing materials, collateral, and signage.
• Help coordinate logistics for homeowner, realtor, and division events.
• Provide general office support, including scheduling, preparing materials, and other administrative tasks as assigned.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support sales and marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the greater Tampa area as needed.
• Enthusiastic, flexible, and team-oriented attitude.
