The Marketing Assistant will support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives for Elevare Branding and its clients. This role involves assisting with campaign organization, creating well-crafted materials, coordinating project timelines, and ensuring consistent brand representation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns and branding projects
Support the creation of written materials, presentations, and client proposals
Conduct basic market research to strengthen strategy and client insights
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all materials
Help organize project timelines, deliverables, and internal documentation
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas
Maintain accurate records of campaigns, tasks, and client updates
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
Attention to detail and an eye for clean, professional design
Basic understanding of branding concepts and marketing principles
Proactive approach and willingness to learn
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
