Description We are looking for a resourceful and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Plymouth, California. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a wide range of marketing, administrative, and event-related activities. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support creative initiatives while maintaining strong organizational skills. Responsibilities: - Provide timely responses to inquiries and offer support to team members in communication-related tasks. - Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including both digital and traditional channels. - Design promotional materials such as flyers and social media posts using tools like Canva. - Manage Mailchimp campaigns by drafting, scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics. - Update and maintain website content using WordPress, specifically working with the Avada theme. - Develop and implement QR codes for marketing and promotional purposes. - Create surveys using SurveyMonkey to gather feedback and insights for events and campaigns. - Coordinate event logistics, including uploading event details to online platforms and ensuring effective digital promotion. - Support event operations by providing flexible hours during peak periods and managing onsite tasks as needed. Requirements - Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud. - Experience with WordPress, including familiarity with the Avada theme. - Ability to efficiently use QR code generators and survey platforms like SurveyMonkey. - Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Prior experience in event planning or willingness to learn and support event logistics. - Familiarity with Mailchimp for email marketing and campaign tracking. - Knowledge of social media analytics tools such as Facebook Insights. - Understanding of campaign planning, brand awareness strategies, and CRM systems.
