Job Description

The Marketing Leadership Internship is a competitive handson program designed to train and evaluate seniorlevel candidates for fulltime roles within our company. This internship focuses on social media content creation paid advertising on Social and Search Channels SEO and marketing analytics providing realworld challenges to help you grow both your creative and strategic skills. You will work alongside a second group of candidates focused on complementary marketing functions collaborating to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.

Over the course of 24 weeks you will work on live projects with mentorship from senior marketing staff receive feedback on your progress and participate in a weekly evaluation process. The top candidates will be selected for fulltime positions with a $1500 starting bonus.

• Social Media Content Creation: Create engaging onbrand content (graphics videos and written posts) for platforms such as Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and Facebook.
  

• Paid Social Media Ads: Develop launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns on social media platforms ensuring they meet performance targets like increased engagement and conversions.
  

• Paid Search Ad Campaigns: Develop and manage campaigns for Google Search and PerformanceMax while learning how to optimize keyword and audience targeting based off of performance analytics.
  

• SEO Implementation: Conduct keyword research onpage optimization and backlink building to improve organic search visibility as well as learning to create written content that is compliant with Googles policies.
  

• Marketing Analytics: Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using datadriven insights and make recommendations for improving ROI conversions and customer acquisition.
  

• Collaboration andStrategy: Work with marketing strategists to align creative content with overall business goals and optimize campaigns for performance.
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing Communications Advertising or related field.
  

• GPA of 3.3 or higher .
  

• Relevant coursework in Digital Marketing Social Media SEO Paid Advertising or Marketing/Data Analytics .
  

• Experience preferred in content creation social media management or marketing campaigns through internships freelance work personal projects or school organizations.
  

• Demonstrated creativity attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to new and constantlyevolving marketing tools and platforms.
