In this role, as a Medical Records Clerk you will be responsible for preparing medical records for patient encounters for our Jacksonville, Florida Center Once Surgery Center. You will also be responsible to maintain, deliver and store patient medical records as required by established policies and procedures. This role requires you to be detailed oriented, proficient in computer use to retrieve patient data. As a medical records clerk, it is critical to understand and maintain confidentiality and organized record keeping. We are looking for a minimum of three years medical records experience.
Education: High School or equivalent is required.
