Position: Mobility Tax Manager

GTN is searching for our next great Tax Manager. In this role, you will contribute to GTN’s growth by managing all aspects of global mobility programs, including compliance and consulting projects, have the opportunity to get involved in other business service lines such as private client services or equity compensation, and play as large of a role in the firm as you want.

• You are experienced with most types of mobile employees including remote workers, business travelers, assignees, and transferees
• You have experience working with companies at any stage of their mobility expertise—from the company with the first mobile employee to large, seasoned programs looking for a trusted provider
• You are familiar with the Home country payroll process and Host country shadow payroll process for assignees
• You consider yourself experienced in reviewing and signing US tax returns for expatriates and foreign nationals
• You are excited when companies ask you about the tax implications of unique and complex mobile employee scenarios
• You are a mentor and trainer, and others consistently look to you for advice
• You are the first to raise your hand to help a team member or manage a new project
• You’re proud of your bachelor’s degree and CPA or Enrolled Agent designation

A reasonable estimate of the compensation range is $90,000 - $165,000. Actual compensation is determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant mobility experience, qualifications, certifications and licensures, skills, and geographic location.
