We are looking for two native German speakers to work in DETECON China as customer ervice pecialists. Responsibility:--Provide service to customer via phone or Email in the manner of polite and professional way.--Handle customer request/incident base on project requirement and support process.--Trouble shooting and resolve customer’s daily IT related problem at 1st level.--Escalation base on support flow and tracking the ticket until the case closed.--Record and update ticket information in time.--Good communication skill, have passionate and patient attitude to serve customers.
