• Must have experience in GL implementation
• Must have experience in Coupa
• Netsuite experience- preferred someone with GL implementation experience Ability to work with others on third party apps i.e. Zoura, Anaplan and Coupa. Coupa most important
• Ability to transition to be more of a BA post go live gather requirements, create requirement docs and documentation
• Have been working to implement NetSuite. Kicked off project but not sure of SI. Have other consultants on finance and accounting side from EY.
• The admin that left was hyperfocused on Netsuite and struggled with third party apps. Want this person to be more dynamic.

Third party apps

• Need someone who could do the admin side of it which is super important, but also someone who can, after go-live, listen to the business, figure out the modifications and BSA work as well and would know how to create a requirements doc, create documentations on processes they're doing right now. Then some testing before promoting stuff to production. Doesn't care how senior they are, just not someone who's fresh in netsuite.
• Asked about integrations or connectors they have to manage. Want them to be first level of if data is wrong in an integration or it's not coming across. They won't be on an island trying to fix it themselves. Main one that they'd need someone to come in and learn is their coupa. Used an out of the box connector but there are some scripts, so have to be able to read those.
• They also have zuora for skew management and collecting payments. That integrates with netsuite and sends over summary journal entries. Team custom built that with mulesoft. Have some bsa's that understand zuora data.
• Main application is netsuite. They have other team members to help with other apps. They also have workday but have a SME. She configured integration there, Anaplan for budgeting which was built in house (integration wise). Just recognize there's a problem, open a ticket, work with devs and SME's to figure out what the problem is.
• Have a coupa SME but they've had some medical issues. So a candidate who knows coupa would be good. But a technical slant would help too so admin dev would also help. Coupa is the most complicated connector they have.
