About the Practice:

• Long-standing oral surgery practice with a loyal patient base

• Procedures include:

  • Dental implants

  • Wisdom teeth removal

  • Bone grafting

  • Surgical orthodontics

  • Facial trauma and oral pathology

  • Jaw surgery and micro-incisional dentoalveolar surgery

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Compensation & Benefits:

• Tiered Collections Model : Uncapped earnings based on monthly collections. Compensation grows with your performance.

• Guaranteed Annual Base : $33,333/month minimum guarantee for the first year (or higher if collections exceed), providing security while ramping up.

• Student Loan Assistance : $2,000/month for the first year to offset loan payments as you build your patient base.

• CE Support : $2,500 annual continuing education stipend for travel, courses, and certifications.
