LinkedIn Strategist - Social Media Advertising

We're launching a new and specialized consultancy centered around social media advertising, with a particular focus on LinkedIn for B2B clients. This venture is designed to push the boundaries of social media marketing, and we're looking for a LinkedIn Strategist to join the team and help make this bold vision a reality.
As part of an expanding team, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of social media advertising for mid-market and enterprise clients. We're looking for a strategist with a growth mindset, eager to create impactful, innovative LinkedIn strategies that drive real results.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Social Media Accounts: Manage and oversee a portfolio of LinkedIn accounts, ensuring high-quality performance and results.
Client Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with Partners: Work closely with vendors and operational partners to ensure smooth workflows, optimal performance, and continuous improvement.
Quarterly Strategy Development: Design and implement custom LinkedIn strategies for clients each quarter, tailored to their goals and objectives.
Budget Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid media budgets for LinkedIn campaigns to maximize ROI.
Client Positioning & Value Propositions: Understand each client's unique value and messaging, ensuring strategies are aligned with their brand.
CRM & Lead Routing: Ensure accurate lead routing and CRM updates to track and measure campaign success.
Programmatic Campaigns: Understand and leverage programmatic campaigns for optimal impact and client success.
Cross-Sell & Upsell Opportunities: Build strong client relationships to create opportunities for additional services and referrals.
Advertising Campaign Execution: Write compelling ad copy, develop target audience strategies, and optimize ad performance on LinkedIn.
What You Offer:
Experience: 2+ years in a performance-driven digital marketing agency, with a focus on B2B social media advertising (LinkedIn experience is a plus).
Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, including different ad formats like conversation ads, document ads, and CTV.
Analytics & Optimization: Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Excel to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
Paid Media Skills: Strong understanding of paid advertising principles, including keyword research, bid management, and campaign optimization.
Client Success: Proven success working with mid-market or enterprise accounts, delivering measurable results and fostering long-term client relationships.
Problem Solving: A curious, competitive nature with a strong desire to solve problems and improve performance.
Communication: Ability to articulate strategies clearly and tell compelling stories with data.
Organization: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on prioritization and productivity.
Success Metrics:
Client Management: Effectively manage 5+ mid-market or enterprise accounts, ensuring growth and satisfaction.
KPI Achievement: Meet department goals such as client growth, goal attainment, and client satisfaction scores.
Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to offer additional services aligned with client needs.
Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based client relationships, leading to renewals and long-term partnerships.
