We are looking to hire experienced drivers and Data Collection to play a critical role in testing, collecting data, and refining cutting-edge driving technology. to be a part of our Self-Driving Vehicle Operators team in San Francisco to help ensure all customers have a safe, clean, professional, and enjoyable experience. 

The ideal candidate is a safe and experienced driver, highly organized and attentive to detail, and customer-oriented with a passion for new technologies. 
We value safety first and foremost, including implementation of and adherence to COVID-19 protocols to maintain a healthy environment for all employees, clients, and customers.

This role offers the following shifts:

Saturday & Sunday, AM Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM | PM Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM | Day Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 

• Drive test vehicles for 4–8 hours daily on predefined routes, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections to confirm roadworthiness and address any maintenance needs.
• Conduct basic software operations to support real-time data collection.
• Accurately document observations, issues, and anomalies encountered during test runs.
• Collaborate with engineers, providing valuable feedback to enhance system performance.
• Assist with vehicle logistics, maintenance coordination, and storage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license 
• 3+ years of driving experience with a clean driving record
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish 
• Comfortable with driving Autonomous Vehicles
• Methodical and process-oriented
• Organized and able to document daily summaries
• Able to maintain composure under pressure
• A technical background working with electronics, mechanical components, or computers a plus
