LaSalle Network is hiring a
Patient Access Change and Integration Manager to partner with a client of ours on a transformative 6-month contract. This position is perfect for a strategic, tech-savvy leader who thrives on using
Epic EMR to enhance access to care and elevate the patient journey.
Your mission? Build and optimize scheduling systems that empower patients and providers alike. You’ll lead projects that redefine efficiency, ensuring patients can access the right care at the right time.
This will be a remote opportunity out of New Jersey, but will not require any travel for the role.
Patient Access Change and Integration Manager Responsibilities: - Manage a team of analysts delivering enterprise-level scheduling solutions
- Own Epic scheduling design—including Cadence, CRM, and decision tree configurations
- Partner with business and clinical leaders to assess needs and deploy solutions
- Create clear roadmaps for implementation, testing, and training
- Support go-lives, track changes, and continuously optimize system performance
Patient Access Change and Integration Manager Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years Epic scheduling experience; Cadence certification preferred
- 1+ year leadership experience
- Background in large-scale project management and healthcare operations
- Experience creating workflow and template logic within Epic
- Knowledge of medical terminology and patient access best practices
