Role Impact: You'll manage the full accounting cycle while supporting our company's financial operations. This includes financial analysis, reporting, and partnering with leadership to provide valuable business insights.
Key Responsibilities:
· Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
· Manage AP/AR operations and banking relationships
· Administer payroll and tax compliance through 3rd party services
· Support audit processes and financial analysis
· Contribute to budgeting and forecasting
· Work directly with outside accounting firms for periodic and year- end reporting
What You Bring:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
· 3+ years of manufacturing accounting experience, including cost accounting
· Advanced Excel skills and strong financial analysis capabilities
· Proven attention to detail and process improvement
· Excellence in communication and relationship building
