Pediatrician

A Pediatrician is needed in Boca Raton, Florida.

Salary and Benefits

• Base salary: $215,000 – $230,000 (commensurate with experience and board certification)
• Annual performance bonus: Up to $10,000
• Total earning potential: $240,000+ per year

Responsibilities

• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule
• Outpatient-only pediatric primary care setting
• See 25–30 patients per day
• Deliver routine care including well-child exams, vaccinations, and sports physicals
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Use EMR for accurate and timely charting
• Collaborate with a team-focused, multidisciplinary staff to ensure exceptional family-centered care

Requirements

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain one)
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care to pediatric patients
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
