Pediatrician – Full-Time Permanent Position
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team in Beverly Hills. This full-time, permanent position involves providing primary care to pediatric patients, contributing to clinical excellence, and working collaboratively to enhance patient care outcomes.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing, and implementing treatment plans.
- Order and interpret laboratory, x-ray, and other diagnostic tests, adjusting treatments as needed.
- Serve as a resource for patients and families, helping them navigate the healthcare system and addressing concerns.
- Mentor and confer with student and resident physicians, as well as other clinical and support staff, regarding patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, peer reviews, and the establishment of clinical standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to discuss clinical concerns and identify opportunities for improving patient care.
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to operational improvements and the development of best practices.
- Assist in the development and implementation of new clinic programs and take leadership roles in health care initiatives and projects.
- Identify and address staff training needs, collaborating to create and deliver relevant training opportunities.
Position Requirements:
- Valid California medical license with no history of disciplinary action.
- Board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or related primary care specialty.
- Current DEA license and BCLS certification.
- Proficiency in evaluating and treating pediatric ambulatory care patients.
- Basic knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for patient care in a clinic setting.
- Familiarity with county, state, and federal programs such as CHDP, FPACT, EWC, Medi-Cal, and Title X preferred.
