GUT-CHECK / SUMMARY : You're a smart, high-energy, positive-minded pet lover. Maybe your skills have gone unnoticed at Petco or PFE, and you think you'd be a better fit at a smaller store more intensely focused on helping pets and their owners. Or maybe you're currently under-appreciated in a larger corporate retail environment and would like to have more of an impact on your store. We'll train you about the pet world and our role in it.
You are applying to our San Rafael store. Interviews and Basic Training take place in our Novato store. After training, most of your shifts will be in your Home Store, but you will get to work in all 4 locations (San Rafael, Greenbrae, Mill Valley, and Novato).
At this time, we are only considering people who are available long term. This is not a seasonal position .

Compensation :
This position is intended to be full-time, but we are open to the possibility of starting out part-time and moving to full-time. Full-time means 40 hours per week, and part-time means between 20 and 30 hours per week. As a retail store, everyone is expected to be able to work during the day, evenings, and weekends. We have four locations, and you will be scheduled to work in all four stores. Some time after your initial training, you will be assigned a "home store."
