**Adecco has an opening for a Warehouse Material Handler in the central fill pharmacy of a major pharmaceutical company at their West Sacramento, CA location.** This role involves picking and packaging prescriptions, as well as preparing items for shipping in a warehouse setting. Apply today with a current resume! **Location:** Onsite - Riverside Parkway, West Sacramento, CA 95605 **Pay Rate:** The anticipated wage for this position is between $21.50 and $22.00. Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. **Schedule:** + Monday - Friday during training period + After training: + Monday-Thursday, 1:30 pm to 10 pm + Sundays, 8 am to 4:30 pm **Requirements:** + Must have one year of recent warehouse or fulfillment center experience. + Pharmacy experience is a big plus! + Basic computer skills. + Basic mathematic skills. + Operate a hand truck/dolly, hand-held scanners, and other warehouse equipment. + Able to consistently carry 20 - 30 lbs. of merchandise short distances and 15 lbs. of merchandise on an extended basis from order filling station to conveyor. + Must be able to walk and stand throughout the entire shift. **Job Duties:** + Pick, pack, and ship prescriptions directly to retail pharmacies and end-customers in a fast-paced semi-automated production environment. + Ability to fill, pack, and ship prescriptions with 100% accuracy and efficiency using Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and McKesson supported hardware and software. + Read computer-generated screens, find indicated merchandise on labeled shelves, and verify quantity and dosage of the product before selecting for order. + Examine stock and distribute materials in inventory. + Responsible for maintenance and housekeeping, proper storage of goods, ensuring correct reliable shelf labels for merchandise locations, and other duties as assigned. .   Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
