Pharmacy Clerk - Central Fill Pharmacy

Compensation & Schedule
• $18.00/hr
• Thursday–Friday, 9:00am–7:30pm; Saturday & Monday, 8:00am–6:30pm
• Start Date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
This administrative role supports a high-volume Central Fill Pharmacy warehouse by ensuring timely and accurate assistance with prescription preparation, inventory control, and equipment maintenance. Success in this position directly impacts patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist Pharmacist with manual entry, packing, and processing within warehouse operations
• Operate computer systems to update prescription and inventory records
• Assemble boxes and prepare outbound prescription shipments
• Receive and stock incoming supplies; maintain organized inventory areas
• Clean equipment, complete forms, and support general warehouse upkeep
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 1+ years of work experience in a warehouse, pharmacy, or administrative support role
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Must have reliable transportation
• May require pharmacy certification based on state laws
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Warehouse inventory software
• Basic Microsoft Office or data entry platforms
• Barcode scanning tools
• Pharmacy automation systems (training provided)
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Previous experience in pharmacy operations or healthcare distribution
• Familiarity with Central Fill or mail-order pharmacy environments
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
