Requirements:

• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy.
• Current PT license in Massachusetts.
• BLS required.
• Outpatient or orthopedic rehab experience preferred.
• Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy to restore movement and function.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians and rehab teams.
• Document progress in EMR.
• Update care plans based on patient progress.
