With a commitment to quality and innovation, we specialize in mechanical construction and HVAC service. We are looking to add a hardworking and motivated Pipefitter Helper to assist our pipefitting team and support the successful completion of our projects.

Job Summary: As a Pipefitter Helper , you will work alongside experienced pipefitters to assist in the installation, assembly, maintenance, and repair of piping systems. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in the mechanical industry, with room to grow and develop your skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist pipefitters in installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems.
• Measure and cut pipes to specified lengths using various hand and power tools.
• Help in assembling and installing pipes, fittings, and related equipment according to blueprints and specifications.
• Transport materials, tools, and equipment to job sites.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Assist in testing pipe systems for leaks and ensuring proper functioning.
• Follow directions from senior pipefitters and supervisors to complete tasks efficiently and on schedule.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or mechanical work is a plus but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn the trade.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
• Willingness to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in construction and pipefitting environments.
