hi. we're middle brow. somehow, our pizza got famous. and so did our vibes. and our work environment. we make pizza and beer and wine and bread and ice cream and donuts and bagels and work. on a daily basis. w tons of soul. ownership is still deeply involved w the day to day. we're looking for skilled PREP cooks. who are also super skilled at DISH. who want to work 20-40 hours a week. no secret overtime here. which means: sure: no extra pay from it; but also: no burnout from it. prep cook work ALWAYS includes some line work. and some whole dish shifts, or occasional prep side work when the dish or the line is slow. this flexibility is also critical. note again: prep work consists of substantial dish work!! presume at least half a shift on dish and half on prep. we're particularly excited about candidates with a passion for pizza. attention to detail. comfort working in and communicating with a team. a zen-like approach to the day-to-day grind. and a good sense of how to work sustainably in this industry.
