QUALIFICATIONS:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Legal eligibility to work in the US.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels of personnel
• Proficiency in reading and writing English.
• Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude for tools such as flexographic stack press, web guide, hand tools, ink wash pump system, and more.
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary such as overtime.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
• This position requires individuals to differentiate colors, depth, and perception.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Complies with, monitors, and enforces all written and verbal safety regulations and programs of the plant and department.
• Understand and adhere to plant policies and procedures, encompassing good manufacturing policy, hazard analysis, and critical control points processes.
• Identify print problems and monitor color consistency for every job executed by utilizing X-rite, implementing shingling and clotheslining techniques, and adhering to established quality standards.
• Completes changeovers promptly, conducts routine preventative maintenance checks, fulfills housekeeping assignments per schedule, and completes necessary documentation including viscosity, PH, and Quality Control, etc.
• Undertaking any other related duties as assigned.
