Interim HealthCare of Augusta is looking for Augusta's Top Nurses to provide in-home nursing care to some Augusta's Most Acute & Critical Patients. Do you have what it takes?

WHAT'S INVOLVED?

• Continuous Care (shifts 8-hrs to 12-hrs per day x 7-days per week) 1-on-1 Patient Centered Care
• Provide Care Interventions to treat Patient's Chronic Condition or Chronic Disease
• All Patients have Feeding Tube (GTube, JTube, etc), Tracheostomy, as well as Home Ventilator
• Patients range from Adults to Pediatrics
• Most have co-occurring disorders such as seizure disorders, etc

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

• Active Georgia Nursing License (LPN or RN) or Compact Nursing License from a participating state.
• BLS Provider CPR Certification.
• Recent TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray.
• Experience working with feeding tubes, tracheostomies (trachs), home ventilation, pediatric chronic disease care, and adult critical care.
