The Opportunity:

To execute and grow effectively, organizations need help looking at their operation from the outside. That's why we need you, a lead management consultant who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and use your expertise to guide efforts at giving them the roadmap to becoming the organization they envision.

As a lead general management consultant on our team, you'll oversee the development of an overall picture of your client's current structure, day-to-day operations, and outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before. You'll lead discussions and workshops with stakeholders and program managers that will help your team identify the elements that work best in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a thorough understanding of where and how the organization can improve, you will advise leadership on a path forward.

You Have:

• Experience with contracts and subcontracts

• Knowledge of risk management and mitigation

• Ability to collaborate with companies and negotiate different contract types

• Ability to be detail oriented, track several tasks and run to resolution

• Ability to obtain a security clearance

• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience in program management

• Knowledge of Booz Allen financial, risk management or program management tools

• Ability to gather requirements and create presentations for leadership

• Ability to lead a small team of program management office staff

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300.00 to $212,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
