Summary of What you Will be Doing

• This position requires regular travel. (Relocation may be necessary, and assistance may be available for qualified candidates.)
• Assisting the Project Managers to ensure that work installed on the project meets plan and specification requirements.
• Assures compliance by becoming intimately familiar with the assigned project plans and specifications.
• Recommends labor saving and other cost-saving method
• Attends and takes notes for project team meetings,
• Assists in bidding and in developing scope of work for trade contractors.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
• Flexibility: Willing to modify plans and behavior when necessary to meet a goal.
• The ability to read and understand blueprints.
• The ability to understand and apply OSHA and company safety requirements.
• One year of previous field experience preferred.
• Understanding of Construction Management Software
