Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects: Oversee complex projects from start to finish, ensuring they meet budget, timeline, and scope requirements.
• Plan and budget: Establish goals, baselines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Manage resources: Coordinate project personnel work assignments to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage risks: Perform risk assessments and mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress: Review and monitor status reports, and modify plans or schedules as needed.
• Communicate: Communicate and follow up with project stakeholders.
• Build relationships: Build and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key contacts.
• Manage change: Be a change agent, identifying and managing the impact of change on the organization.
• Coach and mentor: Coach and mentor project managers.
• Analyze problems: Analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement recommendations.
• Ensure compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, rules, contracts, and regulations.
• Other duties as requested and /or assigned.

Skills / Abilities:

• Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 or CIPM preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
• 3-5 years Previous Project Management experience
• Proficient using tools such as Microsoft Project, Smart Sheets, or other planning tools.
• Highly adaptable and able to move with the change within the projects / business.
• Resilient and able to work well under pressure.
• Strong organization, collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong reporting & presentation skills
• Detail-oriented
