Job Description

Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in San Ramon, California. This role requires a strategic and meticulous individual skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive key initiatives, ensure clear communication, and maintain a well-organized product backlog. In this role, you will be the central hub for managing front-end requirement efforts (Salesforce Ecosystem), working closely with Business Analysts (BAs), Technical Architects (TAs), and Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) to define and maintain the product backlog for our development teams. Key Responsibilities: + Own and manage front-end requirements across three concurrent release cycles. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure requirements are clear, detailed, and actionable. + Create and maintain release plans for all sprints and epics, ensuring alignment with business objectives. + Lead and facilitate scrum ceremonies, ensuring clear priorities and visibility. + Document and track dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies. + Analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights and action plans. + Provide detailed and transparent communication to all stakeholders on progress, blockers, and priorities. + Maintain JIRA boards and generate reports as needed; familiarity with DOMO and MS Project is a strong plus. Requirements Qualifications: + Proven experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, process-driven environment. + Exceptional communication skills - clarity, consistency, and responsiveness are essential. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to not just report data but explain its significance and implications. + Comfortable working under pressure and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. + Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset and high attention to detail. + Experience with agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and DOMO; MS Project is a bonus.
