Job Description
The Property Manager is responsible for maintaining property rentals by advertising and filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases, and maintaining and securing premises.
We are looking for a Property Manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction, and revenue. The ideal candidate will excel in satisfying the needs of ownership and tenants while preserving and increasing the value of the properties.

Responsibilities:
• Prepares annual budget to help make sure financial objectives are met
• Establish rates by researching local market and calculating costs so pricing is accurate and fair
• Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth processes
• Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
• Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
• Ability to use computer programs such as Microsoft Office
• Some weekend and evening hours required
• Great with people– warm, friendly and helpful in person and on the phone
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Technical needs: • Quickbooks experience required
• AppFolio experience preferred
• Apple Product experience is preferred

• Experience with Asana and Slack preferred
Must be able to commute and have dependable transportation. Must have at least 2-3 years of accounting experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or construction. Must be able to work a half day every other Saturday.
