The goal of our store is to meet the needs and requirements of our customers. To accomplish that goal, we rely on everyone to work together. We are currently in search of a part-time night/weekend receptionist at our Nissan Madison location. Responsibilities * Greets customers at the reception desk in a pleasant and professional manner.

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from car deals and provide receipt of payment.
• Maintain key, gas and plate spreadsheets.
• Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.

Monthly submit supplies and coffee orders to corporate. * Maintain coffee bar by keeping counter-tops clean and refilling products as necessary.

• Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.
• Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.
• Must follow all company safety policies and procedures set forth by managers.

Qualifications

• Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• 18 years of age or older required.
• Must be able to pass background and drug test.
